According to an official statement, Canadian authorities detained a fourth Indian national, twenty-two-year-old Amardeep Singh, from Brampton, Surrey, and Abbotsford regions, charging him with first-degree murder and conspiracy in the assassination of Khalistan separatist Hardeep Singh Nijjar.
