World's shortest woman Jyoti Amge cast her vote in Nagpur

Jyoti Amge, recognized by Guinness World Records as the world's shortest woman, exercised her right to vote at a polling booth in Nagpur.

 

Amid the fervor of the ongoing elections in Maharashtra, Amge made her mark not just as a record-holder but as a conscientious citizen.

 

The polling day witnessed enthusiastic participation across five constituencies in Maharashtra, with voters queuing up since the early hours. Among them was Amge, whose presence at the polling booth garnered attention and admiration.

Following her vote, Amge took a moment to urge fellow citizens to fulfill their democratic duty. In a statement, she emphasized, "I voted today with my entire family. I want to appeal to every voter to cast their vote as well, as it's our duty."
