In a substantial step towards advancing satellite internet technologies, China achieved a successful launch of a test satellite on Saturday.

 

The long March 2-C carrier rocket, propelling the satellite into space, took off from the Jiuquan satellite launch center, confirmed by the state-run Xinhua news agency. 

 

The satellite entered its predetermined orbit, marking a pivotal moment in China's space exploration endeavors. This accomplishment highlights the nation's commitment to staying at the forefront of technological innovation. 

 

The test satellite represents the 505th mission of the Long March carrier rocket series, highlighting China’s expertise in space missions. 

 

China’s state-owned space giant China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC) announced that it has completed all 48 missions scheduled for the year of 2023, with a perfect success rate.

 

Experts suggest, “With the successful launch, China persists in solidifying its position in the space race, with the world eagerly anticipating further developments in China’s space exploration initiatives”
