The exercise aims to bolster the joint military capabilities of both nations to conduct Multi-Domain Operations in a Sub Conventional scenario, as stated by the Indian Army.

Union Minister Parshottam Rupala criticised Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for his recent remarks about "fighting against a shakti", asserting that India is fortunate not to have leaders with such ideologies in power.

There was completely no need for Gandhi to refer to the Hindu religion and place the word ‘Shakti’ in the context of Hindu dharma and then compare it with the ‘power’ working behind the Prime Minister. 

Besides targeting the Congress on ‘Shakti’ remark during the conclusion of Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra in Mumbai, PM Modi called out the state government for plundering people’s wealth.
