The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) is set to hold its annual Akhil Bharatiya Samanvay Baithak Meeting in Palakkad, Kerala, from August 31 to September 2, 2024. This three-day meeting will bring together key officials from various RSS-affiliated organisations to discuss a range of issues related to social transformation and national interests.

On the 78th Independence Day, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Chief Mohan Bhagwat hoisted the national flag at the RSS Headquarters in Nagpur. In his address, Bhagwat emphasised the responsibility of future generations to safeguard the independence achieved through the sacrifices of countless individuals.

The construction of the Ayodhya Ram Mandir is progressing rapidly, with a target completion date set for December 31. According to Nripendra Mishra, Chairperson of the Shri Ram Mandir Construction Committee, the aim is to finish all works of the temple, including the first and second floors and the Lord Ram Darbar, by this date.

Bhagwat expressed concern over Manipur's lack of peace even after a year and stressed that the situation in the strife-torn state must be addressed with urgency.
