BRS leaders have claimed that the Chief Minister’s speech, which included threats of violent consequences and personal attacks on the BRS president, was not only disrespectful but also intended to incite hostility and unrest among the public.

BRS leader Manne Krishank has alleged of nepotism with regards to a deal worth ₹1,000 crore with Swachh Bio, which is a recently-opened company, whose director is CM Revanth Reddy’s brother.

"It is disappointing that Telangana is not mentioned in the entire Budget. Once again, Telangana received nothing," he said in a statement.
