Reetika Hooda wins debut bout in women's 76kg freestyle

Reetika Hooda today won the opening round on the basis of technical superiority by 12-2. Reetika showed a dominant display throughout the bout and has now comfortably made her way into the quarters.

She defeated 8th seed Bernadett Nagy of Hungary in the round of 16 of the women's freestyle 76kg category.

 

She will now face Kyrgyzstan's top seed Aiperi Medet Kyzy.
