Chinese and Indian militaries hold Constructive talks to resolve border disputes

In a significant development aimed at easing tensions along their disputed border, the Chinese and Indian military forces engaged in a constructive dialogue on Monday, as per a statement released by China's Ministry of Defense. The discussions, focused on resolving ongoing border disputes, concluded with both nations agreeing to continue their engagement through military and diplomatic avenues.

 

The statement emphasized the mutual commitment to uphold peace and stability in the border regions pending a final agreement.

 

The talks were held at the designated border meeting point of Chushul-Moldo on the Chinese side, marking a continued effort by both countries to address and mitigate border issues that have historically strained Sino-Indian relations.
