The consultation brought together over 50 professionals from a diverse group which included industry associations, MSMEs, large enterprises, skill training institutes, academia, bilateral and multilateral institutes to discuss and strategize the way forward for gender inclusivity in logistics.

The party would urge the Central government to provide the monthly financial assistance to the women heads of economically backward families in India, the manifesto released by party general secretary Edappadi K Palaniswami said.

During his visit to the Mission Shakti Bazaar, Gates indulged in a cup of coffee sourced from Koraput, which has gained popularity both domestically and internationally. He commended Chief Minister Patnaik for his visionary steps towards empowering women through initiatives like the Mission Shakti Bazaar.

"I am very happy with this historic step by the Delhi Police. Today, we inaugurated two All-Women Police Posts (AWPPs)," Saxena said and added that more such posts are needed in Delhi. 

The aim of the one stop centres (OSCs) is to provide aid and assistance to the women. They are required to have a centre administrator, case workers, medical personnel, police facilitation officer, psycho-social counsellor, legal counsellor, security guard, IT staff and multi-purpose workers.
