The top court’s order came on a plea of contractual woman employee of West Bengal ‘Raj Bhavan’ who has alleged molestation by Governor CV Ananda Bose. The Article 361 deals with the protection of President and governors as no criminal proceedings whatsoever shall be instituted against them in any court during their term of office.

Bose arrived in Bagdogra from New Delhi in the morning and proceeded directly to Cooch Behar, where the victims were waiting for him.
