Prime Minister Narendra Modi will on Sunday release 109 varieties of seeds that have been developed by Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) for different climatic zones and are area specific, Union Minister for Agriculture Shivraj Singh Chouhan said on Saturday.
