"We will convene a significant public gathering in Leh city on February 26 to either express gratitude to the government for acceding to the demands of the people of Ladakh or proceed with a fast unto death in case the talks prove unsuccessful," Wangchuk, who was poised to commence a hunger strike on Tuesday in support of the demands, informed reporters.
