Delhi High Court has recently issued a notice to the Enforcement Directorate (ED) regarding a plea filed by Satyendar Jain, a prominent leader of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and former Delhi cabinet minister. Jain is challenging both the trial court's cognisance order and the judicial remand order in a money laundering case.

The Supreme Court is set to hear the bail pleas of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and former Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia regarding the Delhi excise policy scam on June 4.

Former Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Satyendar Kumar Jain has approached the Delhi High Court, seeking default bail in a money laundering case investigated by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). Jain is challenging a May 15 order from Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court, which had previously denied him bail.

Aam Aadmi Party leader Sanjay Singh, who recently walked out of Tihar Jail after spending six months in custody, has issued a stern warning to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

The Delhi High Court has called upon the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to respond to a petition filed by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal challenging the series of summonses issued to him in connection with a money laundering case linked to the city's excise policy.

"He is a hero for all Dilliwallas. He made arrangements for providing 24x7 electricity, free electricity, good government hospitals, and mohalla clinics. Feel extremely sad for him and his family. God bless him."

Supreme Court dismissed the plea from Jain's counsel for a week's extension and directed the AAP leader to surrender to jail authorities promptly.
