General Dwivedi will lead a joint security review meeting with senior officials from the Jammu and Kashmir Police and other security forces at the police headquarters in Jammu.

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav visited the family of CRPF jawan Kabir Das Uikey, who died in an anti-terror operation in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kathua district. Uikey, a resident of Pulpuldoh village in Chhindwara, was critically injured during an encounter in Saida Sukhal village on June 11 and succumbed to his injuries on June 12.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah reviewed the security situation in Jammu and Kashmir in a high-level meeting held in the national capital. This meeting comes in response to recent terrorist attacks in the region, which have heightened concerns about security.

According to the Kheer Bhawani temple management, a total of 15000 diyas will be lit up in remembrance of the victims of the twin terror attacks in Jammu and Kashmir.
