The company’s recent financial performance showcases a robust recovery, with consolidated net profit soaring 26.7% year-on-year to Rs 57 crore for the first quarter of fiscal 2025, significantly bolstered by nearly doubling revenue from operations compared to Rs 45 crore during the same period last year.

The budget, presented yesterday, has failed to address critical concerns for homebuyers such as high interest rates on home loans and annual stamp duty increases, leading to widespread disappointment.

Chennai, Hyderabad and Mumbai, however, reported increasing demand, with the IT-ITeS sector dominating absorption with 47 per cent share.

This decrease is primarily attributed to reduced activity by foreign institutional investors, who typically contribute a significant portion of the investment volume, owing to global economic uncertainty and geopolitical instability.

According to the report, the unsold inventory has decreased by 7% over the last three months, with the National Capital Region (NCR) witnessing a substantial 12% fall.
