AAP is fighting from one seat in Haryana while Congress will field its candidates on the remaining nine. 

Kejriwal, who is also the AAP national convener, was arrested last month by the Enforcement Directorate in an excise policy-linked money laundering case. He was sent to judicial custody till April 15.  

The party’s MLAs and key office-bearers are also expected to be part of the protest. 

Last year marked the triumphant return of the festival after a four-year hiatus due to COVID-19 regulations, weather uncertainties, and a legal dispute over the venue's ownership. While the turnout of over one lakh visitors was impressive, it fell short of the festival's glory days.

While Mann made it clear that the AAP is not considering an alliance with the Congress in Punjab, discussions between the two parties are ongoing regarding seat sharing in Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Goa, and Gujarat for the upcoming general elections.
