Members of NSUI, the student wing of the Congress party, staged a protest at the National Testing Agency (NTA) headquarters, alleging irregularities in the NEET-UG and UGC-NET exams. They forcibly entered the NTA office in Okhla and locked its doors, prompting police intervention to manage the situation.

Addressing a press conference at the AICC headquarters here today, the NSUI president Varun Chaudhary also demanded that the NEET should be re-conducted afresh as every day new reports were emerging and confirming that papers had been leaked.

The young man was identified as National Coordinator and former State Secretary of NSUI Amarjeet Kumar. Sources revealed that police have recovered obscene pictures of girls and chats made with customers from Kumar's phone.

A large contingent of police was deployed and barricades were erected in Sector 35 to prevent the protesters from going towards the BJP office.
