Newborn deaths: Delhi Hospital owner arrested
Dr Naveen Khichi, owner of New Born Baby Care Hospital in New Delhi's Vivek Vihar, where a blaze led to the deaths of seven newborn babies on Saturday, has been arrested, news agencies report.
