The campaign focuses on water conservation, rainwater harvesting, geo-tagging water bodies, establishing Jal Shakti Kendras, afforestation, and awareness. It also targets desilting, cleaning water bodies, revitalizing abandoned borewells, geo-tagging water bodies, afforestation in catchment areas, snow harvesting, and small river rejuvenation.

"At least 10% of the blocks have reverse the trend of groundwater depletion in the last 1 year since Energy can be generated but water cannot be produced so we need to focus on learning from our failures &sharing best practices on saving and it's judicious management", said Minister of Jal Shakti, Gajendra Singh Shekhawat
