It’s now 16 months since Juice launched from Europe’s spaceport in French Guiana. Its flyby of Earth and the Moon will make Juice the first ever spacecraft to attempt a lunar-Earth gravity assist manoeuvre or Lega.

According to findings released on Monday, this water is believed to be located seven to twelve miles (11.5 to 20 kilometres) beneath the Martian crust.

Comparable in size to an airplane and travelling at 30,381 km/h, this Apollo asteroid will safely miss Earth by 3.4 million kilometres.

NASA, Northrop Grumman, and SpaceX plan to launch the 21st cargo mission to the ISS on Sunday, using a Cygnus spacecraft aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9. The craft, named S. S. Francis R. ‘Dick’ Scobee, will deliver 8,200 pounds of supplies.

Williams and Wilmore arrived at the ISS on June 6 aboard the Boeing Starliner for what was initially planned as a 10-day mission. However, their return has been delayed due to technical issues with the spacecraft. Engineers discovered helium leaks and other problems in several thrusters, necessitating an extension of their stay on the ISS.

The International Space Station (ISS), which weighs 430,000 kilograms (950,000 pounds), stands as the largest individual structure ever assembled in space.

Unlike typical lightning that strikes downward, these jets shoot upwards, reaching astonishing heights of over 80 kilometers, extending into the ionosphere where the atmosphere meets outer space. 

Boeing's Starliner capsule is set for its next launch attempt to the International Space Station on June 5, according to NASA. This follows six postponements due to various technical issues.

The delay, which further postponed the first-ever crewed flight of Starliner, prompts questions about the next steps in the mission and adds to the spacecraft's history of costly delays.

NASA’s new spacecraft “Psyche” absorbed the signals intercepted from approximately 140 million miles away.

NASA eyes certified Starliner and associated systems for future crewed missions to the space station.
