The catastrophic incident during a storm resulted in the deaths of 16 people and left over 70 injured. Bhinde, who had been evading arrest since the disaster, faces over 20 legal cases, including charges of rape.

The National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) is conducting a search and rescue operation at the site of a hoarding collapse in Mumbai's Ghatkopar. They have stated that the number of casualties may continue to rise as the chances of finding survivors are slim. 

Two more bodies were found under the debris at the site of a large hoarding collapse in Mumbai as the search and rescue operation continued on Wednesday, according to an NDRF official.

Bhavesh Bhinde, an advertising agency owner, who has a history of flouting regulations, with a record of at least 21 previous fines for similar violations is allegedly the culprit.

According to Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) officials, search and rescue operations were going on at the Chheda Nagar-based petrol pump on Tuesday morning.
