The government plans to continue introducing technologies to improve citizens' quality of life, such as AI-driven healthcare and advanced road construction. Singh reiterated the commitment to pushing technological innovation over the next two decades. “This mission will continue for the next 20 years as we move towards 2047,” he said. He also noted the recent Anusudhan National Research Foundation (NRF) legislation, aiming to make India a leader in science and technology.

"A landmark day for tech and innovation! The Cabinet's approval for the IndiaAI Mission will empower AI startups and expand access to computer infrastructure, marking a giant leap in our journey towards becoming a global leader in AI innovation," he said on X.

Solinas, a deep-tech and climate tech startup originating from IIT Madras, aims to tackle water and sanitation challenges while addressing climate issues. Supported by IIT Madras DST-TBI, Solinas developed innovative products like India's first 90mm water robot and 120mm sewer robot, capable of navigating narrow pipelines to combat contamination.

Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha said "happy to see our daughters are driving innovation and change."

The portal is first-of-its-kind in India, it is a complete interactive database developed, hosted and maintained by the National Institute of Plant Genome and Research(NIPGR)
