Minister of State for Home Affairs Nityanand Rai provided these figures in response to a query from MP Sushmita Dev in the Rajya Sabha on Thursday.

The governor, reportedly, submitted a report alleging that the commissioners were functioning in a manner which is completely ‘unbecoming of a public servant’.
