The Delhi High Court has recently transferred the investigation into the tragic deaths of three UPSC aspirants in Old Rajinder Nagar to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). This move reflects the court’s concern over the gravity of the situation and the possibility of corruption involving public officials.

Delhi Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Atishi Marlena, alongside Delhi Mayor Shelly Oberoi, met with students protesting over the tragic deaths of three UPSC aspirants. The incident occurred on July 27, due to flooding in the basement of a coaching institute at Old Rajinder Nagar in Delhi.

Following the tragic deaths of three students at a coaching institute in Old Rajinder Nagar due to severe waterlogging, Delhi Minister Atishi addressed the issue on Wednesday. She shared that the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) had received an interim inquiry report.
