In the ongoing legal battle concerning the Krishna Janmabhoomi-Shahi Idgah case, the Hindu side presented its arguments before the Allahabad High Court on Thursday, emphasising the failure of the Sunny Central Waqf Board and the mosque committee to provide any documents regarding ownership of the disputed property.

The Supreme Court has disposed of the Idgah Committee's plea challenging the Allahabad High Court's decision to consolidate 15 suits concerning the Krishna Janmabhoomi-Shahi Idgah Masjid dispute.

Taslima Aziz Ahmadi, representing the Muslim side, informed the court of a crucial 1968 compromise agreement between the parties, confirmed in a 1974 civil suit.

The petitioner's claim of the original sanctum sanctorum being demolished and replaced by the Shahi Idgah mosque is a contentious historical narrative that has fueled various legal battles over the years.
