“Today, once again, the terrorist country of Pakistan is making efforts to disturb peace in the Jammu division. It wants to stop its progress," Manoj Sinha said at the Raj Bhawan in Jammu.

“Following the conclusion of the Lok Sabha Polls, the administration will turn its focus to Shri Amarnath preparations, set to begin from June 29 and wrap up on August 19,” sources added.

The Jammu and Kashmir Police are gearing up for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections by mobilizing their personnel starting April 19. Additional Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) will be deployed in the Kashmir valley and the sensitive Poonch and Rajouri districts of the Jammu region to bolster security measures and reinforce the Anti-Militancy Grid, aiming to prevent any disruptions by militants during the electoral process.

In a discussion with a leading news channel, Sinha refuted claims of the crowd being orchestrated, stating, "The rally saw people participating voluntarily, eager to hear the Prime Minister."
