The Delhi Police has arrested one more person, Mahesh Kumawat, in connection with Parliament Security Breach case, an officer said on Saturday.

Lalit Mohan Jha (28) who purportedly masterminded Wednesday's ‘Parliament security breach’ appeared as an intriguing character for residents of Rabindra Sarani in Kolkata where he once lived.
