The task force, led by Vice Admiral Arti Sarin, has been instructed to submit an interim report within three weeks and a final report within two months.

There should be no dark spots and female medical professionals on night shift must be accompanied by two male staff whenever she has to go to see patients to distant wards, said the minister.
