Announcing 10 Kejriwal ki guarantee (Kejriwal's guarantee), his take on the BJP manifesto focussed on Modi ki guarantee, the AAP National Convener listed 10 promises at a press conference on Sunday, work on which he said would be carried out on a war-footing if the INDIA bloc formed the government at the Centre.
