Special judge for CBI and ED Kaveri Baweja also fixed May 30 for further arguments on framing of charges in the case.

Special judge for CBI and ED matters Kaveri Baweja extended their custody after they were produced before the court through video conference on the expiry of their remand. 

Soren was brought to the PMLA special court from ED’s Zonal office in Ranchi on Thursday, where the ED demanded a remand of 10 days. The arguments from both sides continued for about two hours.

The submission was made before Additional Sessions Judge Hardeep Kaur, who subsequently extended the judicial custody of all six accused until March 1.
