The Delhi High Court has dismissed the plea filed by the Indian National Congress (INC) Party challenging the Income Tax department's decision to open reassessment proceedings against it for the years 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20, and 2020-21. This decision comes after a previous dismissal of the Congress party's plea against reassessment for the years 2014 to 2017.

The Delhi High Court will hear a plea by the Indian National Congress (INC) on Tuesday, seeking a stay on the Income Tax notice for recovery of over Rs 105 crore in outstanding taxes.
