This decision was reached following a comprehensive coordination meeting between BJP leaders, Indigenous People’s Front of Tripura (IPFT), and Tipra Motha leaders at the Sonar Tari Hotel in Agartala.

The newly formed committee consists of BJP State President Rajib Bhattacharjee, Tipra Motha Chief Pradyot Kishore Manikya, and IPFT President Prem Kumar Reang.
