President Murmu has arrived in New Zealand as part of her three-nation tour. She was welcomed in Auckland by New Zealand’s Trade Minister Todd McClay and High Commissioner Neeta Bhushan. This visit marks the second leg of her tour, following her stay in Fiji.

Munro played one Test, 57 ODIs, and 65 T20Is for the Kiwis amassing a total of 3010 runs, but it was in the shortest format the left-hander made a name for himself. 

The Indian commerce ministry highlighted the significant potential for furthering bilateral trade between the two economies. Both sides reviewed progress on market access issues, ongoing economic cooperation projects, and explored avenues for new initiatives during the meetings.
