The Bombay High Court has given the green light for the release of the film ‘Hamare Baarah’ after the filmmakers agreed to remove two contentious dialogues from the movie. This decision comes after a petition challenged the film's release, leading to a review by a three-person committee.

Muslim organisations had appealed to the government not to allow the screening of the movie which portrays Islam in a negative light.
