Sudhir Sharma, Ravi Thakur, Rajinder Rana, Inder Dutt Lakhanpal, Chetanya Sharma, and Devinder Kumar Bhutto were disqualified on February 29, for defying a Congress whip to be present in the House and voting in favour of the Himachal Pradesh government during the cut motion and budget. 

Talking to media persons here, Naresh Chauhan emphasized the importance of public issues in polls, He said Chief Minister, Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu had taken historic decisions like providing a Minimum Support Price on milk and enhancing the MNREGA wages.

Chief Minister Sukhu and Top Congress Officials Unite in Shimla to Denounce BJP's Efforts to Destabilise State Government

A seven-judge constitution bench, headed by Chief Justice D Y Chandrachud, unanimously declared that MPs and MLAs do not enjoy immunity from prosecution for accepting bribes to influence their legislative actions.
