The Goa Children's Court will hear the case on June 14, 2024, when the charges will be framed against the accused, who is currently in judicial custody in Goa. 

The woman, identified as the daughter of a Nepali mayor, was reported missing at the Mandrem police station, prompting the formation of special teams dedicated to her search.
