Prashant Jagdev, the BJP MLA representing Chilika, was fielded this time from the Khurda assembly segment. The incident occurred on Saturday at booth 114 in Bolagad block's Kaunripatna, within the Begunia assembly segment where Jagdev is registered to vote.
