The Enforcement Directorate had earlier moved a local court seeking Kejriwal's prosecution for not attending the first three summonses issued to him in the money laundering investigation linked to the Delhi excise policy.

The Enforcement Directorate had filed a complaint against Hemant Soren for continuously not complying with its summons, while holding the post of Chief Minister.

The chief minister reiterated that the summonses are “illegal” but still he was ready to answer the questions by the probe agency, the sources said.
