Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has decided to go solo in the upcoming Delhi assembly elections, announcing no alliance with Congress. Gopal Rai, Delhi's Environment Minister and AAP leader, emphasised that while the two parties collaborated for the Lok Sabha polls under the INDIA bloc, the assembly elections will witness AAP's independent participation.

The upcoming Lok Sabha elections in Delhi have seen a total of 238 valid nominations received across seven constituencies, according to the Delhi Chief Electoral Officer.

Lovely's departure from his leadership role within the Delhi Congress last week sparked speculation, with his subsequent move to the BJP highlighting deep-rooted divisions within the Capital's political landscape.
