NASA astronauts Barry Wilmore and Sunita Williams are currently stranded aboard the International Space Station (ISS) with no definite return date due to persistent issues plaguing Boeing's Starliner spacecraft.

Indian-origin astronaut Sunita Williams is set to embark on her third space mission as she pilots NASA’s Boeing Starliner tonight. This launch, a joint mission between NASA and Boeing, has faced several delays but is finally ready for liftoff.

Amid the ongoing investigations, the FAA also announced that it has launched a new investigation into Boeing after the company “voluntarily” informed it that the inspections of several 787 Dreamliners may not have been completed. 

Boeing has recommended airlines to conduct an inspection of their B737 Max fleet, after an international operator discovered a bolt with a missing nut while performing routine maintenance.
