The Chief Minister met injured persons undergoing treatment at a hospital in Harda, located around 150 km from state capital Bhopal, and enquired about their condition.

Eleven persons were killed and 174 others injured when the explosion ripped through the facility and caused a devastating fire. The factory is located in the Bairagarh locality on the outskirts of Harda town, about 150 km from the state capital Bhopal.

Hospitals in Indore, Bhopal, and the AIIMS in the state capital have been instructed to prepare burn units for potential emergencies.
