The party has yet to pick up a candidate for the Dharamshala Assembly by-poll, former BJP minister, Ram Lal Markanda, who resigned from BJP after Congress rebel, Ravi Thakur, got a BJP ticket and had announced that he may contest from Congress, left sulking.
