One person named in the Rajkot TRP game zone FIR was killed in the fire in which the death toll was 27 (34 according to other sources), police said on Wednesday, adding that another partner in the amusement and gaming park had been arrested.

A court in Gujarat's Rajkot city Monday sent three men arrested in connection with the TRP game zone fire that claimed 27 lives to 14-day police remand.

The court in a special hearing on Sunday had said the fire was a "Manmade disaster in which innocent lives were lost." 

A massive fire at a Gaming Zone in Gujarat's Rajkot has left the nation shocked and many families in mourning. Official sources have stated that 34 are confirmed to be dead, but the figure may be expected to rise.
